The goal of simplifying the process of communication among caregivers became a “way of life initiative” explained Kassab.  Following the multi-level training conducted at employee forums, staff meetings and one-to-one sessions staff members quickly embraced the process for communication.  Within eight months of implementation of the communication process data revealed a 92% compliance rate as well as no further falls in the Imaging Services Department.
